Big Cypress Bend

Big Cypress Bend includes undisturbed virgin cypress, sawgrass prairie, and palmetto hammocks. Located within Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, the site is probably the best sizeable example of a tropical swamp remaining in the Southeast. It contains the largest royal palm stand in the country
